I’m listening to this week’s episode of Mochiron SKE (you can listen to it here until the next ep) and just got AMAZINGLY happy knowing that many people became SKE fans after watching Magical Radio :)
I always thought it would be great for someone to get into SKE through MR, but I also honestly thought that basically all the people watching it were already SKE fans, so…I’m happy T_T

Okay, sorry.
I’m sharing this just for my own personal pleasure X°D
You have to know I’ve always really really liked Mizuki Nana, (also as a voice actress but mostly as a singer\performer) and it’s the kind of like where you also buy Live DVDs and all, so a pretty strong one (considered my lack of money and how much DVDs cost in Japan) lol
I already knew she liked her (she chose one of her songs for that Music Ru episode) but reading it today made me remind of it and I got tremendously happy. I can’t help but love when I find out something more linking me to my oshis :) (and sorry Rikachu, I cut out all the other comments, because not relevant to the cause XD)

Though I must admit I’m not sure what you mean with Single’s concept! So…I’ll just tell you my favorite single lol (if you want to know something more specific feel free to ask and sorry if I didn’t get it XD). So…

1) Pareo wa Emerald. I’ve listened to it (and watched its MV) for the first time during an AKBINGO episode, and - together with my interest flowing, at that time, only to Rena and Jurina - was a huge element that made me get into SKE. Before that I had already watched and listened to OkiDoki but it didn’t charm me as nearly as Pareo did. I love the colours of the video, its atmosphere and I’m really fond of the music even though - just like the other singles - the lyrics are nothing particularly deep or interesting.
Each time I listen to it, for some reason, it gives me very pleasant nostalgic feelings and I love that!

2) Two Roses.
When it’s about songs, I may like the music, the members singing\performing, but if I don’t like the lyrics, there’s no way that song could become one of my favorites. There are other songs I love the lyrics of but Two Roses has it all: Lyrics I love, my most adored member, a wonderful performance and a charming MV :)

3) Hard one D:
I don’t think I’m able to answer this one, ‘cause there isn’t a MV that distinguish particularly in my mind (not that it comes to mind now, at least), but the ones I watched (and watch) the most are: Pareo wa Emerald, Aishiteraburu (I REALLY love the initial part), Tori wa aoi sora no hate wo shiranai (it’s just…damn damn damn beautiful).
I also love Dareka no sei ni wa shinai and koe ga kasureru kurai’s MVs but for some reason I don’t feel like watching them as much as these.

Hope I somehow managed to properly answer, though I kinda doubt it lol Sorry XD

I watched an AKB KKS Stage and…
Really…REALLY, I can’t tell why and I can’t even guess it, but it felt so tremendously different from a SKE Stage.
It can’t be because I was not familiar with most of the members, since I’m recently watching lots of SKE stages with members I’m still not familiar with (6th gens)…so what the hell? Why’s that? O_o
Ah, and it’s not intended in a positive nor in a negative way, it’s really just that it felt very very different and I wanted to express this quick thought :)

I honestly have no predictions :)
This year’s Election is, if possible, even less predictable than the others, expecially due to the partecipation of ex members.
But I do have hopes…for the ones ranked last year to keep ranking, for new members to get in (Nanako and Naooooo), and possibly for my oshis to improve the rank they got last year (expecially Rena) :)

I recently went out to eat with these two.
We’ve been saying we should’ve gone since forever so it was really a long awaited lunch.

The time, after eating, when we smilingly spend time talking about how delicious it all was feels blissful for me.

Next, I have plans to go eat with Yuuka-chan and Churi.
Then also with Riechan and Yuihan.
Riechan got jealous knowing that I went to eat with SashiParu!

Hi, thanks for answering my questions (if AKB48 music tracks feature live musicians etc). Two more quick questions, if you wouldn't mind. First, do you know most/all of the kanji used in songs and blogs, and is there any performer who uses more complex kanji than anyone else? Are you able to translate the songs without consulting a dictionary, or are there times when you're a bit unsure and need to check? Second, is UZA a slang word: I can't find it in my dictionary. Thank you again!

Oh, I see you’re trying to learn the language, apparently! Keep at it ;)

Anyway, I don’t check all the girls’ blogs on daily bases so I can’t speak for all of them, but more than the complexity of the kanji they use, there are differences in the writing forms they adopt (some members can be very very formal - like Shawako used to be - and not really common kanji use might come with that) and also on the number of kanji they use lol (some of them barely use kanji at all!)
I have to say Rena sometimes even makes kanji typos lol (like, putting a kanji with the same reading of the one she should’ve actually used). I got that more often on Rena’s blog than Yuria’s but yet again, Yuria tends to use less kanji and also usually writes simply ahah (but sometimes using interesting forms lol).
As for blogs, I definitely know most of the kanji they use. A lot of them are also very very recurrent (the ones related to their work expecially) so if you still don’t know them, you’d definitely learn them reading the blogs :)

It’s more complex when it’s about songs.
There sometimes are complex words (and kanji) used, not to mention particular forms used to fit the song but not colloquially used that can make it kinda challenging to translate.
So yeah, it happens that I need to consult or check something!

Uza comes from the word “uzai” which is a contraction of the word “uzattai”. As for the meaning, it can be synonymous of the more known and used “urusai”, so basically…annoying! :)

If you’re worried about your words and kanji knowledge, don’t be!
Keep studying and getting to know more and more words (it’s going to take time of course) and never forget that there are words and kanji that even Japanese people don’t know and have a hard time with. Our 48 girls often reminds us of that :P

Hm? I never bothered going around asking female fans whether they like girls or not so it’s not like I can answer this one.
And, leaving aside the fact that I dislike with all my heart labels (so much you couldn’t even imagine ahah), there surely are female fans who are not into girls or whose being fan is not linked to the interest they might have in girls (<- definitely same for some male fans. Not everyone’s being fan is related to liking the girls that way), if that’s what you were wondering.
Many admires them, some even wants to be like them etc etc.
Still, this might of course also refer to female fans who like girls, so…
And are also guys liking guys and being 48 fans, anyways…
